• This event is organized by McDonald’s Hong Kong (the “Organizer”).
• By attending the event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Event tickets will be available for redemption via the McDonald’s App from 2:00 PM on 25 June 2026. Each user must use 630 points to redeem one ticket.
• Each McDonald’s App user can redeem only one ticket.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Seating is unassigned and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, altered, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• Participants must follow Hong Kong laws, the Organizer’s instructions, respect themselves and others, and take care of their own safety.
• Lost confirmation emails will not be reissued.

Disruptions and Disputes

• The Organizer may add, remove, or change the list of performers, performance times, program content, arrangement, order, and flow without prior individual notice.
• If the event must be stopped or suspended due to instructions from the government and/or law enforcement authorities, serious cyberattacks, system failures, extreme weather, public health incidents, venue closure, safety or crowd-control issues, or any event beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the event may not proceed as originally planned. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the foregoing circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages, loss, dispute, or claim arising from force majeure.

Fraud and Compliance

• If a participant is suspected of fraud or of breaching these Terms & Conditions, the Organizer may disqualify that participant.

Photography, Filming and Usage Rights

• The Organizer may take photographs and videos during the event and use them for commercial, publicity, and promotional purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants waive any rights or claims in relation to such photographs and videos.

Final Decision and Disputes

• In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
